Robert (Bob)

 Known by many as “Bob” by the fans and followers he has made in the last 10 years in the medical aesthetic industry.

Robert has been the Clinic Director of many top Skincare Clinics in Vancouver since conception and shown strength in business and social media development along with customizing the perfect skincare and treatment programs for each person’s individual needs. He is now part of Kerrisdale Skin Medical as the General Manager and will help guide you through the world of medical aesthetics.

Kevin Li RN

Kevin Li is the first Chinese person to become a medical injection practitioner in Nova Scotia where he received amazing training in Botox, Sclerotherapy, and Laser. In addition, he also completed a five-year clinical program at Southern Medical University and worked as a resident physician specializing in cardiology, cardiac surgery, and general surgery at the General Hospital of Shenyang Military. 

He has completed over 2000 cases of Botox, 1500 Dermal fillers, and 800 face sculptings. Following his time at the General Hospital, Li continued his education and practice, working as a resident physician at Nanfang Hospital of Nanfang Medical University, specializing in cardiovascular medicine, burns, and plastic surgery. In 2017, he completed the line carving training program at Athena Medical College.

Phoebe

Phoebe is an Operations Manager with several years of experience specializing in professional sales and marketing. Her expertise is highly demonstrated when it comes to creating and executing strategic plans to achieve business growth, steering the company’s future in a positive direction.

She possesses an outstanding ability to drive the company’s operational capabilities to new levels while leading cross-functional teams, developing marketing campaigns, and establishing partnerships with key stakeholders. Moreover, she has developed a keen eye for identifying emerging trends, consumer behavior, and marketing opportunities to coach and lead staff members, optimizing their capabilities.

During her free time, she enjoys reading books, traveling, and trying new foods. She continuously learns to take on new challenges and further develop her skills for enhanced operations management. 

Medical Consultant & Laser Technician

Ariel

Ariel has been working in the beauty industry for more than 10 years between Taiwan and Canada. Her love for the beauty industry has led her to become a laser technician and consultant. Also, being able to assist the doctor in between treatments as best she can. Ariel is experienced with different skin types and skin concerns. Based on the skin analysis, she can design a personalized skincare plan for the patient.

Ariel enjoys traveling spin classes and cooking. On the weekend, you can find her exploring new restaurants with friends. Ariel’s favorite product is Hydrating B5 Gel from SkinCeuticals and her favorite treatment is Introfill.

 A graduate from Blanche Macdonald in Aesthetics with a passion for educating patients on the importance of proper skin health. My favorite treatment is Hydrafacial because it makes my skin glowy.

Serena has been in the beauty industry for over 8 years. She pursued a career in medical aesthetics because combining science, technology, and beauty always appealed to her. From laser treatments, to facials, or skincare, Serena values creating personalized treatment plans for each person, working with their skin concerns to find the best solutions. She knows how important it is to feel confident, and if she can have a small part in helping someone to achieve that, she has done her job well.

Serena loves to travel, and has lived in Hong Kong and Mexico, but Vancouver will always be home. Her favorite cities she has visited are London, Mexico City, and Montreal.

Pennie has 8 years experience in the medical beauty industry, specifically in roles related to: consulting, beautician, laser technician, business management, and an all-round expert in this industry. Her professionalism and experience allows her to excel at her job, but also welcomes any new challenges along the way. She provides training for new additions to the team while encouraging everyone to share their experiences with one another and actively helping others to solve problems that they may face, all in an effort to maintain a great working atmosphere and culture.

Pennie loves sports and reading. Her super power is speed reading and she can finish most books from cover to cover within 20 minutes. She is also active in fitness and has been for the past 7 years. She believes that anti-aging is not only being active and playing sports but also in achieving it through medical beauty treatments. If you enjoy sports and reading too, she has some great recommendations for you to enjoy.

Brenda

Brenda has been working in the beauty industry with a Diploma in Esthetics for over 20 years and is passionate about helping her patients look and feel the best. Brenda is fully trained in techniques and machines and continues to upgrade her skills and knowledge. Her commitment to patient care ensures her patients receive the full benefits of today’s top techniques and equipment.

She is bilingual, fluent in English and Cantonese, and has been with us since 2003. On top of that, she also works collaboratively with the administration team to manage operations, develop and implement key strategies.

During the weekends, she knows how to unwind at the end of a busy week. She loves to spend time with family and friends for a delicious meal.

Dylan

As a patient coordinator, Dylan always welcomes clients with his warmest smile and dedicate to deliver exceptional customer service. He is a team player, willing to lend a helping hand to anyone needs it. In the aesthetic industry, Dylan is obsessed with absorbing new knowledge and learning about the latest beauty technologies.

In his leisure time, hiking and watching feature films are his favorite activities. His favorite treatment is IPL, and favorite SkinCeuticals product is C E Ferulic.
